Confirm the quantity breakdown by style, colour and size, and any separate fabric or trim minimums. Sampling depends on brief readiness, materials and revisions. Bulk timing is agreed against material readiness and sample approval; production and transport time are separate.

Develop a coherent range

Start with the products that define your collection. Identify shared design details, compatible colour references and materials used across styles, while keeping a clear specification for each garment.

Private label here means developing clothing for your brand. It does not imply a catalogue of ready-made stock: discuss the design, sample scope and manufacturing feasibility for each project.

Separate garment development from branding

For each style, provide drawings, measurements, fabric references and construction notes. Separately, prepare brand label artwork, size identification, label placement and any hangtag or packaging requirements.

Confirm availability, specifications and costs before approving these components. Keep the approved artwork version and dimensions with the garment documentation so branding decisions are not lost between messages.

Build the order style by style

List quantities by style, colour and size. A manageable first range gives you a clearer basis for discussing material requirements, sampling priorities and the production schedule.

Metrodress lists a starting MOQ of 100 pieces. Confirm how it applies to each style and the planned breakdown before finalising the order. Discuss sample timing and bulk timing separately; neither should be inferred from a collection launch date alone.

Keep a clear production reference

Before bulk production, identify the approved sample, final technical pack and materials list. Record any corrections still required and how they will be checked. Agree quality checkpoints, packing details and the planned dispatch schedule.

Retain these records for future orders and confirm any new material or trim availability when discussing a reorder. Send your collection brief through our contact form to discuss the next steps.

Questions about your private-label range

Is this ready-made wholesale clothing?

No. This is custom garment development and production for your own brand, not a ready-made stock catalogue. We review your design direction, materials and manufacturing requirements before agreeing the sample and order scope.

What should I prepare for my brand labels?

Provide the artwork, dimensions and placement for brand and size labels, plus any hangtag or packaging requirements. Keep these separate from the garment specification and confirm materials, availability and costs before approval.

Can I combine several styles into one minimum order?

Plan quantities by style, colour and size. The standard MOQ shown above applies per style; do not assume it can be split across unrelated designs. Confirm the breakdown and any separate fabric or trim minimums before finalising your range.
