How our choices work

Essential technologies support security, form delivery and your privacy choice. Optional site analytics and advertising measurement remain blocked until you accept the relevant purpose. Accept optional, Reject optional and Manage choices are available with equal access, and Cookie Settings in the footer lets you change or withdraw either choice later.

Essential technologies

Stores separate choices for optional site analytics and advertising measurement, together with the policy version and time. The denial fallback prevents an older accepted choice from remaining active if local storage becomes unavailable. When an enquiry is submitted, the browser-reported advertising choice, version and choice time are retained with the server receipt time; campaign identifiers are retained only after advertising measurement is accepted.

Allows the confirmation page to open once after a genuine enquiry and prevents direct visits or refreshes from being counted as new leads.

Optional site analytics

Provider: Google Analytics. Typical first-party names include _ga and _ga_<stream>. After you allow site analytics, they distinguish visits and measure page views, engagement, devices, general location, traffic sources, contact clicks and verified successful enquiries for aggregate reporting. They may remain for up to 2 years. Google Signals, advertising personalisation, User-ID and user-provided data are disabled.

Optional advertising measurement

Provider: Google Ads. Typical first-party names include _gcl_aw and other _gcl_* identifiers. After you allow advertising measurement, they connect an ad click with site activity and a verified successful enquiry, and may store a Google click identifier. These technologies are not used here for advertising personalisation or Enhanced Conversions and are typically retained for up to 90 days. Google may use additional identifiers under its own policies depending on the browser and region.

Change your choice

Use Cookie Settings in the footer to accept, reject or separately withdraw site analytics and advertising measurement. Withdrawal stops the selected future measurement, removes the corresponding first-party Google cookies and, for advertising, Conversion Linker local storage that the site can access, then reloads the page without the withdrawn destination. You can also remove stored data in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent the enquiry confirmation flow from working correctly.

WhatsApp and external links

The WhatsApp contact is a normal external link; we do not load a Meta Pixel, WhatsApp SDK or embedded chat widget. When you follow an external link, the destination service applies its own privacy and storage rules.
